DAY SURF TOURS
This is what you came all the way down to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico for...a hell of a good time at the beach, and what better way than to be in the ocean surfing. Our surf tours are for everyone not just people renting our room. We will provide you will transportation, surf boards, and even lunch if it is discussed ahead of time. We do recommend taking advantage of all the mexican resturantes in the area as they are all fantastic and inexpensive (just the way we like it). The tour is a good 2 hour wet session, but can be longer is the waves are epic. We want you to get the most enjoyable memories of your Mexico vacation, so we will be more than happy to photograph your session. Leave the worrying to us; we have several different types of surf boards for you to choose from and know all the best surf shops for shopping or gearing up. Prices for local beach break surf tours start at $75.00 US per person and that includes the board rental. We can always discuss other options, like weekend trips to neighboring city and breaks as well.
SURF LESSONS
Don't know how to surf yet? Don't worry, Ricardo has over 45 years of surfing experience, and enjoys showing everyone how to surf young and old. Surfing is truly magical. It has given Ricardo and his family so much joy on vacations, and now in his daily life. Learning to surf in Mexico is nothing less than awesome, because there are waves for every style of surfer. Whether you are a beginner or an expert, you will not regret learning to surf with Ricardo. Our Surfing Lesson package is basically the same as the Surf Tours with the addition of surfing instructions / supervision. Prices for local beach break surfing lessons start at $85.00 US per person and that includes the board rental. We can alsways discuss other options like extended lessons. You only need to contact Ricardo so that you can become a surfer, and start shredding the waves.
SURFBOARD RENTAL
This doesn't really need a description...If you are traveling down to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico you probably do not want to carry a surf board, plus the airlines will more than likely charge you an arm and a leg (cargo costs). Just rent one of our surf boards for an hour, day or multiple days. Price for surf board rental start at $25.00 per day or $150.00 per week. We have short boards, long boards, foam boards, new boards, old boards, boogie boards, hell we will rent you a peice of plywood if you want one. The point is we have something for everyone, and if we don't we know someone around that does. You can pick the surf boards that you rent from us up or we can deliver them for a $15.00 fee (cheaper than a taxi). Not a bad deal to get in the water surf.
BEACH BBQ
Have you ever wanted to have a Beach BBQ. Well now is your chance to have one on one of the best beaches in Mexico. Located just up the road from Puerto Vallarta in Punta Mita is a wonderful spot to have a party on the beach. Nothing finishes a great day of surfing like having a party on the beach. We cater for groups up to 25 people. We understand that many people have many different tastes so we have several different menu options to choose from. Just imagine surfing, sitting, running, laughing, and just flat out having a great time on the beach all day, and continuing on into the evening with a nice BBQ with an intimate setting or a group event. ROOM FOR RENT
We have opened up our house to our guests, with the a separate room for rent. It sleeps up to 4 to 5 individuals if need be. We are centrally located between Puerto Vallart and Punta Mita. This allows us to accommodate all of the best surf spots, shopping, beach breaks, as well anything else that you can think of. Your vacation should be exactly that...a nice relaxing getaway with the perks of adventure and new experiences. You didn't come all the way down to beautiful Puerto Vallarta, Mexico to stay in your hotel. You need to get out and experience the area, and trust us there is nobody better than Billie & Ricardo to show you were to surf, shop, hike, bike, exercise, sail, eat, or even to arts & crafts (Billie will surprise you with her tile and beading skills). Our house has a court yard patio, roof top patio, extra outdoor sleeping arrangements for enjoying the rainy season (wonderful lightning storms), and all of this makes for a great hang out or party environment. We offer free internet service, telephone with free long distance to the USA & Canada (and some parts of Europe), television with cable & dvd player, air-conditioning, radio / ipod docking station, refrigerator of any snacks or beverages (store right next door). The starting prices for our room is one to two people for $35.00 per night with a $10.00 fee for each addition person per night. Basically you would be staying with your tour guide, transportation, surf instructor, and friend.
